The DDML010 High Security Mortise Lock complies with BS EN 12209 and DIN 18251 Grade 3 and has completed 200,000 mechanical operating cycles. Its roller bolt and deadbolt are tested through repeated retraction and locking movements, making the lock suitable for frequently accessed building entrances. The verified grade supports sample evaluation, technical approval, and project inspection.


2. 260-Minute Fire Test

Tested for 260 minutes in accordance with EN 1634, the lock can be specified for compatible timber or metal fire door assemblies. Its SUS304 roller bolt, deadbolt, forend, and strike plate maintain functional engagement under fire-test conditions. The High Security Mortise Lock can be included in fire door hardware schedules for hotels, offices, and public facilities.


3. 240-Hour Corrosion Test

DDML010 has completed 240 hours of corrosion-resistance testing to EN 1670, supporting use in door areas exposed to humidity, temperature changes, or frequent cleaning. The roller bolt, deadbolt, forend, and strike plate are manufactured from SUS304 stainless steel. 4. Two Center Distances

The High Security Mortise Lock offers 50mm, 55mm, and 60mm backsets, together with 72mm or 85mm center distances.
